Hi,
I hope you won't mind if I point out a couple of typos ...
Just before the picture of the Red House you say

It also inspired a short story by Chaz Brenchely called ‘Murder at the Red House and which you can read or listen to at Chaz’s site.

(a) that should be Brenchley not Brenchely
(b) The link needs an http:// adding, ie it should be http://www.chazbrenchley.co.uk/sculpture.html

If you want to follow Chaz'z house style say Chaz'z not Chaz's too.
Regards,
Roger Cornwell (junior webmaster for Chaz'z websites)

Wow - spotting those old Velocity covers sent me on a happy trip down memory lane. I absolutely loved the Pleece brothers' stuff in there and Crisis.

I'm really pleased to see that Caption is still going strong - I attended a couple in the mid-90s when I was reviewing a lot of small press comics for Zum.

5-HTP HELPS with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome

Research is continually being conducted to improve synthetic medications that will help relieve symptoms of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome such as depression.

Research is also being conducted to determine if there is a more natural and healthier way to assist patients with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. Several breakthroughs in this research have been uncovered.

One such breakthrough is 5 Hydroxy Tryphophan, known more commonly as 5-HTP. This nutritional supplement has the ability to relieve certain symptoms of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome such as depression and sleep disorders.

How 5-HTP Affects the Body
5-HTP is a well-known nutritional supplement with a reputation for elevating Serotonin levels in the brain. Serotonin is a chemical in the brain primarily known for its mood elevating properties and relieving depression. When levels of Serotonin drop the person typically undergoes depression and lethargy.

Doctors normally prescribe a form of SRI (Serotonin Re-uptake Inhibitor) medication such as Prozac or Zoloft to correct these low Serotonin levels and fight depression. When a person is suffering from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, one main side effect is depression. For this reason 5-HTP may be a great substitute for relieving depression in Chronic Fatigue Syndrome patients.

Conditions in addition to depression that are associated with low Serotonin levels that can be treated using 5-HTP include sleep problems, anxiety, compulsive disorders (and eating disorders), restless leg syndrome, migraines, Fibromyalgia and low pain threshold.

Because those who suffer from one of these illnesses often have other symptoms (such as depression and sleep disorders, or depression and anxiety) the illness is sometimes called "Low Serotonin Syndrome". 5-HTP helps to raise the Serotonin levels in the body and relieve these symptoms.

5-HTP for Chronic Fatigue Syndrome
Depression is one significant symptom of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. Because of the effect 5-HTP has on Serotonin levels in the brain, it is potentially an excellent supplement for Chronic Fatigue Syndrome sufferers.

When a person is suffering from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome they find it difficult to lift themselves out of a low mood. Chronic Fatigue Syndrome itself causes wariness. If not treated properly depression usually follows.

5-HTP is one choice in natural supplements that not only has a proven record for relieving depression, but also has very few reported side effects.

You can take credit for the articles, you can also go to my Facebook Fan page and get articles and information from there if you’d like. You can visit my store by clicking on my name above for more information. I don’t mind if you use articles from any of my websites. The more we work together, the more we spread the word, the bigger the demand will be for big business to grow more Natural and Organic Foods. We can’t beat big business and force them to stop producing products which cause a vast majority of America’s Health problems unless we work together. That's because they’re only after quantity and profits from mass production. Until they see the market shift and start losing money, big business will not change. That’s up to us and it’s time we demand better, safer, healthier supplements, vitamins, and food. It's the same as the gas and oil subject. If everyone bought electric cars or hybrids, the profits shift from the 100% gas powered market to the hybrid market. That helps to drives down prices and big business goes where the money is. We can show them, we the consumer's are the ones in control. That all starts with education and helping educate people who have not yet learned about these subjects.
