Hi Selina,
Nicola Streeten has given me the go ahead to create a Laydeez Do Comics group based in Birmingham, and Sally Taylor recommended that I get into contact with you because you were thinking of doing the same.
Before I get into the logistics of when and where the group will take place, I’m first trying to get an idea of how much interest there is, and who I can contact to showcase their work. I know you live in Leicester, but could you share any names of comic creators in or around Birmingham, or useful contacts I could get in touch with?
Also, could I put your name down as someone I could ask to do a workshop/ showcase their work at one of the meet ups in the future?
Thanks,
All the best,
Charlotte
